Quick answer: the Solo Leveling movie is called Solo Leveling: Beyond the System, animated by A-1 Pictures. It was announced at Anime Expo 2026, but no official release date has been given. Despite earlier rumors of a 2026 release, recent reports point to September 2027.

Solo Leveling movie release date: 2026 or 2027?
Early reports in 2025 suggested a theatrical release in late 2026, based on a production-committee leak. That date was never confirmed. A more recent report about Crunchyroll’s upcoming releases points to September 15, 2027 internationally and September 17, 2027 in Japan. Until Aniplex or Crunchyroll confirms it, treat 2027 as the most likely window.
